Our calendar includes info about meetings, classes, workshops, hackathons, parties, and other fun stuff.
You don’t have to be a member to use our tools to make cool stuff. You do have to sign a waiver of liability the first time you visit the space and there must be a member present for you to be in the space. Regular times when you are likely to find members at the space include most weekday evenings. Check our calendar below for specific meetings and times.
If you are completely new to LVL1, try to attend one of our Tuesday Open Meetings (every Tuesday @ 8:00pm). We always provide basic info about the space, have a Show & Tell session for some of the projects being worked on, and a tour of the facilities. After the meeting we’ll be around for a couple hours — you can get to know people better, ask more questions, or jump right in to working on a project of your own! (If you can’t make it on a Tuesday, drop in on one of our other events. There’s pretty much always someone around to show you around and answer questions.)
Education and training are at the core of LVL1. We host a variety of classes and workshops for members and non-members alike. If there’s something in particular you want to learn about and you don’t see it on our calendar email learn@lvl1.org and let us know. And if there’s something you want to teach that’s cool too. (Check out our Hosting Guide page.) You don’t have to be a member to take a class or teach a class. You don’t have to be a member to use our classroom or tools.
