LVL1 is located at 814 East Broadway in the rear of the building. It is 1850 square feet of awesomeness… with many thousand square feet more of accessible space while there are no tenants.
Main entry is from the alleyway behind the building. Turn on Shelby St. from Broadway and the alleyway is on your left. Street parking is always available and parking in the ORI customer parking lot is available after 5pm on weekdays and on weekends.
